You’re creating something that matters.
I help transform ideas, knowledge, and lived experience into learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and deeply human.
Through thoughtful partnership, we bring greater clarity, coherence, and intention to the work you’re building.
What We Explore Together
Clarifying the purpose and desired impact of your offering
Strengthening structure, flow, and participant experience
Identifying gaps, friction points, or misalignments
Aligning learning experiences with your values
Creating pathways for refinement, growth, and transformation
I’m Chloe Hodson—a learning designer, educator, researcher, and thought partner for people creating meaningful learning experiences.
For more than a decade, I’ve studied, designed, facilitated, and reflected on learning environments rooted in care, dignity, and humanization. My work is grounded in a belief that meaningful learning comes through creating the conditions where deeper understanding, connection, and transformation can emerge.
As a PhD candidate studying love and humanization, I spend much of my time exploring the beliefs, relationships, and structures that shape how we learn, connect, and become more fully ourselves.
I partner with practitioners creating work that matters to them. Together, we explore what’s already present, what’s still unfolding, and what wants to become more fully realized. My role is to help bring language, structure, and possibility to work that is deeply human and complex.
