Thought Partner for Learning & Transformation

You’re creating something that matters.

I partner with people building meaningful work to shape ideas, navigate complexity, and create work that changes how people think, learn, and relate.

What We Explore Together

The best work rarely begins with answers. It begins with better questions.

What is this work really trying to do?

Who is it becoming for?

Where is it already alive?

What’s getting in the way?

What becomes possible when we approach it differently?

I’m Chloe Hodson, and I am a writer, educator, speaker, and Ph.D. researcher exploring how love shapes teaching, learning, and the ways we relate to one another.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked alongside educators, organizations, and communities designing experiences that invite people to think differently, connect more deeply, and create meaningful change.

Today, that work extends beyond education. Through writing, speaking, my podcast, and thought partnership, I help people bring clarity, coherence, and intention to ideas that matter.

  • "Chloe’s wisdom, clarity, and gentleness have expanded my clinical toolkit in ways that feel both ethically aligned and deeply human. Her guidance has helped me hold space for clients who long for meaning and connection while still honoring their boundaries and lived experiences. I am incredibly grateful for the impact her work has had on me and, by extension, on the people I serve."

    - Jonah Spector MSW LCSW CTP

  • "Her focus on humanization and love as pedagogy is what first drew me to her style, and she has an incredible gift for listening deeply, understanding the spirit of my work, and translating it into thoughtful, structured curriculum that truly fits the vision for positive impact. "

    Ashley Smith

  • "Chloe brings a rare combination of systems-level thinking, critical theoretical knowledge, and a warm, empathetic approach to curriculum work.... She has an exceptional ability to see how educational structures operate—and how they can be reimagined in more just and human ways."

    Former Collaborator, Kyle Nolting
    PhD Candidate, University of Denver

  • “Working with Chloe was like having a thought partner who could see both the big picture and the details I was too close to notice. She has a remarkable ability to ask the right questions, identify patterns, and uncover the deeper structure beneath an idea. What I appreciated most was that she never imposed a solution. Instead, she helped me clarify my own thinking, align my work with my values, and make intentional decisions about what I was creating. I left our conversations with greater confidence, a clearer direction, and a much stronger sense of purpose behind the work."

    Cameron M.
    Workshop Facilitator & Community Builder

  • "Chloe brings together strategic thinking, deep expertise in learning design, and a genuine commitment to people’s humanity. I came to her knowing that something felt off, but I couldn’t quite name what it was. Through thoughtful feedback and careful questioning, she helped me see the gaps, strengths, and opportunities within my work. The result wasn’t just a stronger program—it was a learning experience that felt more coherent, impactful, and aligned with the transformation I hoped to create. Her ability to transform complexity into clarity is a gift."

If you’re building something meaningful and wondering whether thought partnership is the right next step, I’d love to hear what you’re working on.

“When we choose to love, we choose to against fear — against alienation and separation. The choice to love is a choice to connect, to find ourselves in the other.”
